EVIDENCE OF FOOD EXISTENCE AND DISTINCTION: A HISTORICAL STUDY VIA LOCAL POEM

Abstract

An important issue in food science is the database on the locally available foods. In different setting, there are various kinds of food. Some foods might be newly intervened while the others have very long history. Here, the authors perform historical study to trace the existence and distinction of the foods mentioned in the local ancient Thai poem.
